Introduction

In this tutorial, we will learn steps to download and install VMWare Workstation on Windows 10 operating system. VMware workstation is a desktop hypervisor virtualization product. It allows us to create multiple virtual machines(guest operating systems) and run them on host operating systems. VMware Player application is bundled with Workstation.

VMWare Workstation application allow us to create and run Virtual machines on the host operating system.

Download

Visit the official website product downloads page.

Choose the Workstation product page.

We can either download an evaluation product or purchase a license key.

 

 

Choose Windows Installer to Download

 

 

Install VMWare

To install the application, locate the executable file on the computer and double click on it.

Elevate the UAC prompt by clicking on the Yes option.

Click on the Next button

 

 

Accept EULA and go through the Install Wizard options by clicking on the Next button.
