InBound Link

An inbound link is a hyperlink from another third-party website to your website. In the example, abc.com refers or links to your content. Inbound links to your website account for the Inbound traffic i.e external traffic.

 

 

Outbound Traffic

An outbound link on the other hand is a hyperlink from your website to any other third party website.

In the example, your website links to external website java.com. Outbound links account for the Outbound traffic.
