Flowgorithm Shapes

Flowgorithm uses different symbols to represent different actions we want the program to perform. Each shape has a precise, logical meaning and contains a textual indication that describes the activity to be performed. The sequence in which the operations must be performed is shown with connecting arrows.

Symbols Window

Right-click the flow control line connecting the Main and End symbols. The window will display the shapes you can use in your flowchart. The window consists of the following sections:

  • Clipboard
  • Miscellaneous
  • Statement
  • Files
  • Turtle Graphics

Flowgorithm Shapes

The Flowgorithm flowchart visually represents an algorithm using symbols such as rectangles, parallelograms, diamonds, etc.
