OpenAI launches ChatGPT Go in India at Rs 399 with GPT-5

ChatGPT is an AI assistant that helps you write, learn, plan, and create—just by chatting. You can use it for free, and there are paid plans that unlock more features and higher limits. One of the newest (and most affordable) options is ChatGPT Go.

ChatGPT is a conversational AI from OpenAI. You ask questions or give tasks in everyday language, and it responds with helpful answers, drafts, code, images, and more across the web, mobile, and desktop apps. It’s designed to make everyday work and learning faster and easier.

ChatGPT Go

ChatGPT Go is a low-cost subscription that gives you more of the most popular ChatGPT features at an affordable price. It offers higher usage limits than the free plan, longer memory for more personalized replies, access to advanced data analysis, and expanded image generation—available on web, iOS, Android, and desktop. Availability is rolling out, starting in India.

At launch, ChatGPT Go is priced at ₹399/month in India (GST included). Rollout to other regions may follow as availability expands.

How to Get ChatGPT Go

• Create or log in to your account at chat.openai.com or the ChatGPT apps.
• Open Settings → Plans (or the Upgrade to Go banner)
