Perplexity Comet browser is a Chromium-based, AI-powered browser that functions as a personal assistant, capable of summarizing pages, managing email and calendars, shopping, and automating workflows, all within the browser interface.
Steps to Invite Comet browser
The steps to invite Comet are as follows:
- Launch Comet Browser.
- Click on the Invites button at the bottom.
- Click on the “Generate invitation” button. Normal users can generate two invite links for Comet using your Perplexity account
- By default, Perplexity Pro users get five Comet invitation links.
- This will generate a unique invitation for you to share with your friends, colleagues or family members.
Copy the Invitation link and share with the invites using social media platforms like WhatsApp.
Alternatively, enter the email address of the invitee and click on the Send invitation button.
This will send the invitee an email with the invitation link. The invitee can access the invitation link and redeem it and download the Comet browser.
That’s it. You have successfully invited your friend to Comet.
Claim Invitation Flow
The invitee should open the invitation URL in an existing browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc. Enter the address and click on the Claim invite button.
This will open the Comet download page. Click on the Download Comet button.
