Perplexity’s Voice Mode is an AI-powered voice assistant built into its applications, enabling you to interact with Perplexity using spoken queries and receive spoken, real-time responses—no typing required.

The voice mode is available on Web, Android and iOS apps.

How to Access Voice Mode

Launch Comet browser.

Click on the Voice Mode button in the top-right corner.

Perplexity Voice Mode

Android (Perplexity Assistant)

It functions as a full-fledged voice assistant, replacing the default assistant. This mode supports voice-based browsing, app control, camera-based recognition, and multi-app actions.

iOS (Perplexity Voice Mode)

It performs tasks like composing emails, setting reminders, booking restaurants—all via voice commands. Allows continued voice interaction even when the app is in the background.
