ISO

ISO is the International Organization for Standards. It has developed a variety of testing standards across different industries to ensure products and processes meet certain quality and safety criteria.

Some commonly known ISO testing standards are as follows:

ISO 29119	Software Testing Standards – Defines a set of concepts, processes, and terminology for software testing.
ISO/IEC 25000	Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) – Provides a framework for defining and evaluating software quality characteristics.

IEEE Standards

IEEE stands for Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. It is a large society of technical professionals.
