IT Operations(IT Ops) provides services and processes to maintain and optimize IT systems and infrastructure, ensure business continuity, and support employees and end-users. IT Operations ensure the company’s IT infrastructure is always up and running and secure, allowing the business to operate efficiently and effectively.

Infrastructure Management
IT Operations means setting up and configuring all the physical and virtual infrastructure like servers, computers, network devices,storage systems, data centers and software (operating systems, applications) that the company needs to operate.
Data Management
ITOps ensures that data across the organization is accurate, available, and secure. It includes backup and recovery processes, database management, and data storage and archiving strategies.
Network Management
Network management ensures the enterprise computer network (LAN, WAN, internet connectivity, etc.) is reliable, fast, and secure. This includes monitoring network performance, managing bandwidth, and implementing network security measures to protect data and systems from breaches.
Security Operations(SecOps)
IT Operations ensures the security of the company’s data and IT systems. SecOps protects IT systems and data from cyber threats and ensures compliance with relevant security standards, data protection laws, and regulations. Some activities include monitoring for security incidents, managing firewalls and antivirus systems, and conducting security assessments and audits.
