Download and Install PHP on Windows

This tutorial will teach you how to download and install PHP on the Windows operating system. PHP is a popular server-side scripting language designed for web development. It is widely used to build dynamic and interactive web applications.

Download PHP

Navigate to the following URL:

 

php download website

 

There are two types based on the machine architecture. x86 and x64 binaries. If your machine is a 64-bit operating system, download the x64 binary version.

Download the latest thread-safe binary.

Save the zip file onto the computer.

Install PHP

Extract the zip archive file to an appropriate location on your computer.

For example C:\php

php install windows
